Mark Kresowik is the Corporate Accountability Representative for the Sierra Club's National Coal Campaign.
The Sierra Club’s National Coal Campaign is working to ensure coal is mined responsibly, burned cleanly, and does not contribute to global warming. Across the country the Campaign is fighting to stop the construction of dirty new conventional coal plants and direct the proposed investments into low carbon buildings, communities, and electricity.
Mark also worked with communities opposing dirty coal plants in Iowa for two years and volunteered as the interim director of Iowa Interfaith Power & Light, a faith-based organization working to reduce the negative impacts of global warming and our energy choices on vulnerable and marginalized communities.
